Unless it’s for a property not yet built, our Forth Kitchen design service typically begins at your home. Here, we can get a feel for the space you are planning on renovating and at the same time we can measure up so we know that the brilliant design we come up with will fit! Our Forth kitchen design service is free of charge, and all we would ask in exchange is maybe a wee cup of tea- and if you might even stretch to a biscuit!
Our Fully Tailored, Forth Kitchen Design Process
When it comes to planning your kitchen, our expert kitchen designers can do as much or as little as you need! We can measure up, we can design the kitchen in front of you, and unlike most other kitchen companies we can even price your new kitchen in front of you as well! More a ‘conversation’ than a formal process, you will quickly realise that we are very relaxed, and we are not trying to sell to you …Instead we are here to offer sound advice and help you choose kitchen furniture, appliances and worktops that are right for you, and which fit within the budget you tell us.

If there is a particular style of kitchen or colour you like, then please let us know at the time of booking your kitchen design appointment and we can bring some samples in line with what we think you would like. Alternatively, we can arrange a trip to our luxury kitchen design showroom for you to experience the quality and breadth of our kitchen product range in person. We kindly ask that you book in advance of visiting, and should you need any help with your travelling, just let us know and we will even come and collect you.
Placing Your Kitchen Order
Following the completion of your new kitchen design, we can make any further changes you need until you are ready to place your order. At this stage, we will issue our Customer Journey booklet which we have put together, and which details what will happen next from the point of ordering your kitchen. When you are ready to place your order, we will also ask for a small deposit to confirm this, and regardless of the overall cost of your kitchen, the deposit we ask for is only £250, and never any more.

At Forth Kitchens we are experts when it comes to fitting kitchens and bathrooms, with highly experienced installers; this includes Drew, who has been installing kitchens for over 45 years! Several of our kitchen installers have also been with us since we began back in 2012. Our installers know our kitchen and bathroom brands and how to fit them, and they are also professional and reliable. In fact, when it comes to choosing kitchen installers one of the key questions Forth’s owners always ask is, ‘Would I allow that person in my mother’s house?!’
And quite simply, if they don’t meet this high standard, then we don’t want them in your house either!
Kitchen and Bathroom Installations
At Forth, we have a very well structured kitchen and bathroom installation process which has been carefully designed to put you at ease, keeping you informed throughout, and ultimately delivering your perfect kitchen or bathroom space. This process starts with offering you our Customer Journey booklet, explaining what happens next from the point of order. This includes a pre-installation survey where you will have the opportunity to meet your fitter ahead of work starting, during which time he will assess the space and double-check all measurements.
In hand with this we also have a dedicated Project Management team who will oversee your project, ensuring every last component has been ordered and subsequently fitted correctly. Your Project Manager will also call you every day to keep you up to date on progress and check you are happy with the work being undertaken.
